How Do I Know if I Have a Case?2023-10-31T21:16:52+00:00

If you were injured or suffered harm due to the actions of another party, then you most likely have a case. To know definitively, reach out to us. We’re always glad to sit down with you for a free case evaluation.

There, we’ll listen to you attentively. Drawing upon our years of experience, we’ll let you know, once and for all, whether or not you have a case. From there, we’ll let you know how to best proceed.

What Could I Receive for My Case?2023-10-31T21:16:26+00:00

Our clients’ compensation is determined by many factors. Every case is different. The compensation you can receive for your case will be determined by the facts of your case, the other party’s actions, and so forth.

That said, in a strong majority of the cases we take, our clients will be able to receive economic as well as non-economic compensation.

The former includes those bills that accrue as a result of the accident/injury. Medical bills, therapy, rehab, medications, and similar costs fall under this category. Wages that you lost due to the injury and being unable to work can also be recovered.

Non-economic damages are compensation for that which you’ve suffered but can’t be quantified. This is compensation for your pain, your suffering, maybe your loss of enjoyment of life, and so forth.

No matter what compensation you are eligible for, we can help you to recover the maximum amount.

How Does a Client Pay for Your Services?2024-02-20T18:09:06+00:00

Clients pay for our services on contingency. That means our clients do not have to pay for our services upfront. Indeed, clients don’t even pay for our services “out of pocket.” So, our clients will pay for our services out of their eventual settlement or recovery. Thus, our clients only pay if we win. We win a strong majority of the time. All of this is done to make it possible for us to be able to help more clients.

What Kinds of Cases Do You Take?2024-02-20T18:14:36+00:00

We take a large number of cases that involve injuries. If you were injured due to the actions (or inaction) of another party, we encourage you to reach out for a free case evaluation.

Cases we handle include motor vehicle accidents, which include not just car accidents, but also those involving trucks, bicycles, motorcycles, or even if you were on foot during an accident.

Many of the cases we handle involve medical malpractice. When you go to professionals for medical care, you expect to be treated. If that does not happen, if you suffered due to the negligence of a physician, a nurse, the hospital itself, or if your child suffered birth defects due to the actions of another, we can help.

If your elderly loved one was abused or neglected in a nursing home/assisted living facility, that is another kind of case we have an extensive history with. Neither you nor your loved one should have to deal with this.

If you have slipped, fallen, and were injured on another person’s property, then you very well may have a premises liability case. This also includes if you were injured by a dog bite, through inadequate maintenance, security, or something similar, you may deserve compensation.

Essentially, no matter the injury you may have suffered due to another’s actions, we may be able to help. This can include serious injuries such as birth injuries, those involving injuries to the spinal cord, amputation, or wrongful death of a family member.

In addition to cases involving injuries, if your civil rights were violated, you deserve compensation there as well.

The above are a list of some but not all of the cases we can handle. If you believe that you may have a case, it’s worth it to reach out to us for a free case evaluation.
